Under the temperature of 275℃，it begins to dedompose and in moisture or water can release oxygen slowly. In addition, it has a property of antimicrobial, blanching and sterilizing and is friendly to the environment.Calcium peroxide is a kind of multifunctional inorganic peroxide which is used widely because of its good stabilization and nontoxicity.
