Usage
1.Used as corrosion inhibitor for antifreeze, nutrient for antibiotic culture medium, phosphate and potassium regulator in fermentation industry, feed additive, etc. It is the raw material for making potassium pyrophosphate. Used as water quality treatment agent, microorganism, fungus culture agent, etc. Can be used as liquid fertilizer.
2.In the food industry, it is used as a raw material for preparing alkaline water for pasta products, fermentation agents, flavoring agents, leavening agents, mild alkaline agents for dairy products, and yeast foods. Used as a buffer chelating agent. It can also be used as a feed additive.
