Payment Method: T/T;L/C Anti-caving Agent The anti-caving agent of DESHI CHEM mainly includes Potassium Acrylate (K-PAM), Potassium Hydrolyzed Polyacrylonitrile (K-PAN) and Solfonated Gilsonite FT-1. For example, Potassium Acrylate (K-PAM). K-PAM is a copolymer of acrylamide and crylic acid with molecular weight of 2 to3 million. K-PAM can be used as tackifier or borehole stabilizer in drilling fluid. Soluble in water, good heat-resistance, high viscos water solution can be used as flocculant, viscosifier or filtrate reducer. Specifications Appearance: White or pale yellow powder Water content, %: less than or equal to 10 Pass on sieve?0.6 mm?standard sieve ,%: greater than 90 Hydrolyzing degree, %: 27--35 Purity, %: greater or equal to 75 Postassium content, %: 11--15 Intrinsic viscosity, dl/g: greater or equal to 6.0 Core linear expansion decrease date, %: less than or equal to 25 Mud formation inhibitor: improving the rheological properties, encasing drilling cuttings. Lining stabilizer: K+ can prevent the hutration and spalling of soft shale and brittle shale. Filtrate reducer: good filtrate-reducing performance. Compatibility: compatible with other chemicals, used in dispersion or non-dispersion drilling fluid. Heat-tolerance: highest heat tolerance temperature is 180℃ Application This product can be used in categories of drilling mud. The dosage of 0.1% to 0.5% is preferred in fresh-water mud, while 0.5% to 1.0% in salty-water mud. The product can be dosed in powders, but gel solution of 2% is preferred. Package and Storage 25kg in plastic drum, woven bag or confirmed by clients. Stored in cool, shady and dry place for 48 months. |
