Silicone Surface Additive for Paper Finishing Product Name: Levelling?Agent Item No.: SilibaseCP-1333 Component: Polyether modified polysiloxane Introduction: SilibaseCP-1333 silicone leveling agent can increase the wetting property of the bottom materials by decreasing the surface tension of the coatings. It increases the smoothness of surface, scratch resistance and anti-adhesive property, improves leveling, gloss, and prevents Bernard swirl. Applied as additives in solvent-based, solvent-free based and water-based paint system. SilibaseCP-1333 silicone leveling agent is one kind silicone additive to improve wettability and compatibility of solvent-borne systems as well as special coatings. Leveling and wettability of the coating are improved, orange-peel is reduced. Basic Character Appearance:Colorless to amber transparent oily liquid Specific gravity (25℃):1.445-1.452 Non-volatile content:＞96.0% Flash point:＞100℃ Viscosity (25oC):800-1500cs Non-Volatile content(120℃/2h，%）:＞97 Usage The recommended dosage is 0.05～0.3％ of the total formulations，0.3～1％ in UV and water systems.
