Clindamycin is a semi-synthetic antibiotic with broad antibacterial spectrum and strong antibacterial activity. It has obvious antibacterial activity against Gram-positive bacteria and can effectively kill staphylococcus, anaerobic bacteria, pneumococcal bacteria and Streptococcus. It has an active effect on pathogenic parasites such as Pneumocystis, Toxoplasma gondii, Plasmodium falciparum, and has few adverse reactions. It has antibacterial activity against Gram-positive aerobic bacteria, Staphylococcus, Streptococcus, and antibacterial activity against Mycoplasma, Chlamydia and various anaerobic bacteria. |
