Quantity: 4000Metric Tons Specs:RC01,RC02 Payment Method: T/T,L/C The series of products are air-entrained decentralized superplasticizer, special alumina as carrier and main composition, which type is RC01, RC02. Scope of application: It applies to castable which is ρ-Al2O3 or less than 4% Aluminate Cement mixed less than 0.8% silica fume, and the castable can contain magnesian components or a little carbon components; It applies to the high magnesite( or high basicity) castable which is less than 3% silica fume. It can be used with foaming agent together, such as metallic Al powder etc. It especially applies to confect self-flow castable. Method of application: RC01: Generally its quantities are about 0.3% of mixed castables, RC02: Generally its quantities are about 1% of mixed castables, and directly mixing into castable to add water stirring them. The mixing time needed is usually above 3 minutes, with the decrease of the content of aluminate cement or the increase of the content of silica fume (maximum<1%) in the system, you can extend the mixing time. Adding the mixing amount or a little water volume can generally be retardation. The usage amount and intrinsic characteristics of ρ-Al2O3, Aluminate Cement, Magnesia, Silica Fume have effect on initial setting time. Performance: 1.If the mixing amount of RC01 are little, the onset time will be long. The mixing amount are much, it can be rapid onset, meantime low slump-loss, bleeding resistance and good work-ability. 2.RC02 can shorten?the onset?time and improve the strength of demoulding. 3.Controllable construction time: It can easy to control construction time when you work in summer. The interval time is short between initial setting and final setting. 4.Our products play potentiation role to Aluminate Cement. Compared with other superplasticizer, this product is higher strength in each stage. 5.Adjusting the mixing amount can control thermal expansion coefficient. 6.Using this product can make each grain of castable to find suitable place, so that they can be padding reasonably. 7.Wide adaptability: this product has good adaptability for alkaline materials and SiC, and can adapt high alkaline alumina, until now we can’t find unconsolidated phenomenon because of the re-alkali. 8.Because the alkali content of this product which bring in castable is low, it has no negative effect on castable high-temperature performance. Notice: 1.You had better use additive-free cement, but must not use the cement and ρ-Al2O3 which add organic retarder. 2.Don’t use other superplasticizer at the same time. The consumer can debug the compatibility of other additive by yourself, but for the resulting consequences, our company is not responsible. 3.Don’t use it when the temperature is above 130℃ or some materials temperature is above 130℃, it may lose efficacy. 4.After using this product, the material structure may be more dence, this reason results inflation rate change, technical section should pay attention. 5.This product is easily moisture absorption, alkalescence, no toxic and no special corrosive. It can degrade in natural environment, especially it is damp, heated or liquid state, the degradation rate is very fast, so product should be keep in closed, dry and cool environment. 6.This product can’t be feed and to the eyes. If it appears the above situation, you should use a large amount of water to wash, the situation is serious, you should go to hospital. 7.The product is 25kg paper bucket and damp-proof packing. In the case of dry, normal temperature and no broken package, provisional expiration date is one year. It is normal phenomenon which appears lump and loose. After opening seal, you should use it as soon as possible, the remainder must be closed, long-term storage of product is used intraoperatively after testing.
