Its chemical formula is [R-(R*,R*)]N-[1-(hydroxymethyl)-2-hydroxy-2-[4-(methylsulfonyl)phenyl]ethyl]-2,2 - Dichloroacetamide, soluble in dimethylformamide, slightly soluble in absolute ethanol, slightly soluble in water. Clinically, it is mainly used for the treatment of respiratory, urinary, hepatobiliary, typhoid and other intestinal surgery, obstetrics and gynecology and ENT infections, especially for moderate to mild infections. |
