SilibaseASO-8014 is Aminosiloxanes are Siloxanes modified with Nitrogen groups. The modification degree leads to an optimal performance in aqueous or solvent borne formulations for home and car care applications.
These products are excellently suited for a use in polishes, wax formulations and drying aids in automatic or manual car wash and provide for perfect drying characteristics including a good water repellence and excellent gloss.

Application
SilibaseASO-8014 amino silicone oil is a high modified Aminosiloxane and designed for the use as an ingredient in car wash products for the perfect drying result. SilibaseASO-8014 works even in very low concentration and leaves a hydrophobic effect with an extreme gloss after treatment.

Features and Application Areas
The amino modified silicone oil of our company is synthesized with high-grade raw materials and unique technology. The emulsification process is simple and the performance is stable. It can be used for polyester, cotton, nitrile, wool, hemp and other blended fabrics.
This product in the premise of good softness, highlighting the characteristics of bulk.
Use Technology
Emulsification: Add 2 parts of silicone oil, 1 part of emulsifier T12, beat well, add 0.06 parts of glacial acetic acid, beat well, stir slowly add 7 parts of water, if the emulsion transparency is not good, the temperature can be raised to 60-80 degrees. Please use 120 + strainer before packing.
It can be used in dipping, dipping and spraying. Dosage level: 1-4%
