  Metal deactivator TH-551 (benzotriazole derivative) TH-551 is a new achievement of our company in introducing new synthetic technology abroad. TH-551 is composed of Benzotriazole and alkyl mercaptan of macromolecule chain through complex oxidation coupling. It has the same performance as REOMENT-38, a similar product abroad. TH551 forms inert chelating protective film on metal surface by coordination bond, which reduces the potential point of metal surface and plays a catalytic role in passivating metal. The product also has good antioxidant properties. The product is stable in quality. It has synergistic antioxidant and synergistic effect with trace amount (0.03~1%) and T501. It is widely used in steam turbine oil, oil film bearing oil, industrial gear oil and circulating oil. But it can not be combined with ZDDP to prevent precipitation.
  Packaging, storage and transportation: The inspection and acceptance of packaging, marking, transportation, storage and transportation and delivery shall be carried out in accordance with SH0164. This product is non-flammable and explosive. Its toxicity and safety precautions are similar to those of other petroleum products. Product storage and transportation process should be strictly waterproof and mixed, strictly prohibit local overheating. Storage and use temperatures should not exceed 60 degrees Celsius. The storage period is generally three years, but more than half a year for expiration analysis.
