Mulit-functional Scoring Agent RH1101
【Introduction】Mulit-functional Scoring Agent RH1101 is multi-functional pre-treatment chemical of complex by several chemicals. It has strong properties of washing, dispersing, emulsifying and chelating, particularly applicable to bath pre-treatment of cotton and terylene/cotton blended textiles. It can replace caustic soda, soda ash, penetrant, scouring agent, and H2O2-bleach stablizer, etc. It will not damage the fibres. The fabrics will be with smoothness, good whiteness, good and uniform capillary effect. Simple use, with good repetition of procession, which can reduce cost significantly.

(1)Pre-treatment of cotton knitting textiles: Mulit-functional Scoring Agent RH1101 2-4g/L
H2O2 (30%) 5-8ml
Bath rate 1：10~15
First enter the water, add the Mulit-functional Scoring Agent which has been dissolved→heat to the 40-50℃then enter the cloth→add H2O2 at 70℃→keep 60minutes at 95~100℃→wash by hot water for 15-20minutes at 60-70℃→wash by cold water for 15-20minutes→neutralize(add deoxidize enzyme)→dyeing,etc.
