  The series of products are associative decentralized superplasticizer, which type is RS10.
  Scope of application:
  RS10: It applies to aluminate cement mixed high silica fume (>3%) system.
  It especially applies to preparation of self-flow castable and coating.
  Very low volume fly can apply to coating and gunning mixes.
  Method of application:
  RS10: Generally its amount is about 0.3-0.5% of mixed castables, meantime it can replace same amount Al2O3 or aluminate cement, directly mixing into castable to add water stirring them.
  In this product, the type of silica fume, cement and the propertion of cement and silica fume have effect on initial setting time. Mg+, Ca+ and K+ can procoagulant the system, but it is obvious easing for other systems, also not affect materials, it not still reach a target, you can use poracic acid (<0.01%) to adjusting system.
  Performance:
  1.This product can obvious improve the strength of early phase, drying, mesotherm, high temperature, the typical formulation can improve 40%, so using this product can reduce the amount of aluminate cement or low grade bauxite, it can lower the cost.
  2.The water-reducing rate is more than 30%, it can be low slump-loss, bleeding resistance and good work-ability.
  3.Easily disperse, achieved quickly.
  4.Wide adaptability: This product has good adaptability for corundum, mullite, bauxite, even that bauxite which is high alkaline, alkaline materials and SiC.
  5.Because the alkali content of this product which bring in castable is low, it has no negative effect on castable high-temperature performance.
  6. Using this product can make each grain of castable to find suitable place, so that they can be padding reasonably.
  Notice:
  1. You had better use additive-free cement, using the cement which add organic retarder will affect performance seriously.
  2. Don’t use other superplasticizer at the same time. The consumer can debug the compatibility of other additive by yourself, but for the resulting consequences, our company is not responsible.
  3. Don’t use it when the temperature is above 130℃ or some materials temperature is above 130℃, it may lose efficacy.
  4. After using this product, the material structure may be more dence, this reason results inflation rate change, technical section should pay attention.
  5. This product is easily moisture absorption, alkalescence, no toxic and no special corrosive. It can degrade in natural environment, especially it is damp, heated or liquid state, the degradation rate is very fast, so product should be keep in closed, dry and cool environment.
  6. This product can’t be feed and to the eyes. If it appears the above situation, you should use a large amount of water to wash, the situation is serious, you should go to hospital.
  7. The product is 25kg paper bucket and damp-proof packing. In the case of dry, normal temperature and no broken package, provisional expiration date is one year. It is normal phenomenon which appears lump and loose. After opening seal, you should use it as soon as possible, the remainder must be closed, long-term storage of product is used intraoperatively after testing.
