We manufacture and supply open die forgings and close die forgings for BOP, Wellhead and X'mas tree equipments which applied in oil and gas industry.
The forgings includes Valve Bodies, Tees, Blocks, Closure, Casing Head, Spindle, Valve Ball, Tubing Heads etc. Materials: SS 410, AISI 4130, 4140, 4340, 17-4PH, Inconel Series, Titanium Alloys, Monel etc. Standard: API, ANSI, ASME, BS, DIN etc. Capacity: 3000tons forging per month Unit weight for open die forging up to 15 tons; Unit weight for close die forgings up to 900kgs for valve body. - Forgings as per drawings. - Quenched and Tempered - 75K-105K application - UT test - Rough machined - Precision machined by CNC be provided as per requests. |
