We are a public limited company listed in the Bombay (BSE) and Ahmedabad Stock Exchanges.
The plant is located at Tarapur, an industrial complex, about 100 kilometers from Bombay. Tarapur is well connected by roads and railways, which makes transportation quick and easy.
The first state-of-the-art and fully automated plant of the company, to manufacture Pyridines & Picolines, was commissioned in October 1992.
In 1995, the company commissioned its second plant for the manufacture of Cyanopyridines for which the Company received the technological excellence award from the Government of India.
Today we are the leading manufacturers of Pyridines, Picolines & Cyanopyridines in India.
In February 1997, Reilly Chemicals S.A. (Belgium) joined the company with equity participation and now the company is expanding its Cyanopyridine capacity by three times, to 1500 tons per annum.
